Because Gul Bakes cakes and desserts are freshly prepared and may be customized for individual orders, returns may not be available for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or significantly defective order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Replacement or Refund

After reviewing the issue, Gul Bakes may offer a replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible. Once preparation or customization has started, an order may not be cancellable.
